    Unless you have the time to compare the two MC+B on the work bench and mod them to fit it would be easier to buy the correct replacement/rebuilt MC+B. On the JK, alternative MC+B options are available but not sure on the TJ. The JK is an over-weight ground-pounder that jeepers have used over-sized rotors, calipers and MC+B to control the weight+37s+armor etc.
