My jeep will drive all around town day after day with no problems. When I get on the highway, the minute it reaches 60mph it dies like theres no fuel. It throws no engine light. It sits for a minute, cranks right back up and I have to go slow to get off the highway but will drive around town like nothing ever happened. Its getting frustrating. Its a 02 4.0 X. It's recently gotten new thermostat, waterpump, radiator, head gasket, 5th piston and rings, fuel pump, tps, crankshaft sensor. Was going to replace the cam shaft and map sensor but decided to see if anyone had any ideas before spending more money. Thanks in advance.

5" lift, 4.11 gears, tru-trac limited-slips, winch, bumbers... you know the rest.
Have you rechecked fuel pressure since this problem started?

Does it also die if you rev the engine at lower speeds like putting it in 2nd gear and up to 3k rpms or is it specific to going 60 mph?

Given the specific speed at which the problem occurs leads me to believe it is related to the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor). It's part of a 5v sensor system that communicates with the ECM (computer). I know if it fails completely it can keep the vehicle from even starting.

you can have codes stored and NO check eng light- (CEL). the codes will not always turn on a CEL.
if you had a scanner we could look at data for a reading not ideal ie fuel trims.
    SmittyJeeper;s suggestion is good -
