2011 Jeep wrangler sport unlimited

I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited for sale. It has a little over 97K mi but has approximately 33k miles of engine warranty left (new engine installed 3k miles ago). Automatic, heated mirrors, pwr door locks and windows, Hard top. It's in good condition but not perfect. The steering wheel has a few wear marks, rear view mirror needs to be replaced (have replacement with integrated back up camera but haven't installed it), front passenger door won't lock (think its the door lock actuator). Jeep didn't originally come with the hard top so in order for the rear window defroster/sprayer to work it will need the add-on hard top kit. The jeep has never been off road, comes with 17" stock wheels/tires (plenty of tread). I also have the soft top (leaks). Again, the engine is a jasper replacement engine with approx 33k miles left on warranty, fresh oil change done two weeks ago.
