I was using my auxiliary power to put air in a tube. I thought pump overheated and shut down but my phone charger didn't work either. Wen I went under good to check fuse it appeared to be ok. Any suggestions?

Perhaps the compressor was pulling too much current and damaged the power port internally?
I don't know how difficult they are to remove but I would take a multimeter (or a test light) and see if the wires coming into the power port have power.

    And welcome from Oklahoma.

Welcome! That power inverter is rated 115 volt, 150 watt. If you are lucky and did not cause a "melt down" you may need to manually reset the power inverter. For the 2016 JK, push the power inverter button OFF and ON

Check the 2007 owners manual as Jeep did not include a power inverter in 2007. My guess is you overloaded the auxiliary power outlet. The fuse may appear intact so inspect / test / replace the fuse as that might solve it.

The cig lighter is still working. Auxiliary side doesn't and the weirdest thing is I can and never could charge on lighter side

Use a multimeter to check for 12V power whether switched or unswitched at the outlets then remove the lower panel and trace the wiring to the source checking for 12V power along the way. A wiring diagram for the electrical outlets would make it easier.
