Are all jeeps built the same as in the wiring dept for both versions . Does the sport have wiring in place if you upgrade to e lockers or heated seats, buttons , something about a 110 inventor? If I get a sport and later upgrade to d44 lockers and other stuff

12V accessories such as heated seats can be hooked up to switched or constant power. The Jeep parts dept should be able to determine whether different harnesses are used for your specific year/model.

Things like the lockers, disconnect, and such, aren't wired up on the sports, or Sahara models.

Installing OEM Rubi axles will require additional wiring harness if available. Otherwise wire them up yourself with available 12V switched power since you will need switches to turn them on anyway.

Upgraded front axle is on my distant wishlist too but sometimes the asking price is high and/or the Dana 44 has had a hard life making me consider searching the aftermarket. Advantages are new, geared the way you want, locked the way you want, bolt-on ability as if you can take it off you can install. Spending more you can upgrade axles shafts, knuckles, ball joints etc. Of course you may get lucky and find that unicorn Dana 44 in good condition from an owner moving up but then you have to match the gears to what you're running. JEEPS: just empty every pocket(s) :)

There are two different wiring harness used for the sport, one them them is also used for the Rubicon. If you have power locks, windows etc then you have the same one.

    BUT

That doesn't mean you can do what you're asking. Your best bet is to install a separate device to control the electrical additions you make. I have one of these sitting in a box to add to ours to control the lockers, heated seats and other things. I have no experience to offer but it's a nicely built piece and I have high hopes for it :)

That light switch pod looks pretty damn nice. I might just order one.
