Anyone have a recommendation to share for mounting a Hilift to the roll bars? I got a sweet Hilift Jack for Christmas, but I'd rather not spend $80 dollars on a mount if I can avoid it...

Some folks have told me that Exhaust U bolts from a hardware store work fine. Otherwise, Id get a purpose made mount.

Whatever method you decide upon make sure the high lift is mounted securely as a loose one can be dangerous or cause damage to surrounding areas (glass). Spend a bit more for stainless steel bolts and wingnuts for rust-free installation.

That's how I mounted mine. Wrap the u-bolts in either electrical tape or rubber tubing. Will help prevent scratching your sport cage.
