No thank you. I'm going to order those when I get the other parts and just do it all at once so I don't have to deal with the height loss.

Quick update on Chi. Haven't had a chance to get some fun photos as of late, too busy with my solo business.

So, added some decals, the mesh grille insert, the big ole full size spare on integrated bumper and tire carrier, had to replace the grille turn signal RL lights since one of them decided to go out when we were installing the mesh insert. Finally removed the painted and stripped oil pan drain bolt, did a full synthetic oil change, and replaced with new drain bolt. Woot.

    What's next?
-Front Bumper (still haven't decided if I *NEED* one that I can install a winch on eventually...), really just want simple, stubby, no visual hindrance to the grille, and tow points...
    Love this one: https://www.extremeterrain.com/smittybilt-src-classic-front-jk-76741.html
    -LED headlights? tail lights?
    Headlights, I like these: https://www.amazon.com/Firebug-Head...08173979&sr=8-4&keywords=half+halo+headlights
Tail lights, I haven't researched yet. Weird, I know... I'm half tempted to just put the Star Wars Imperial logo tail light covers over the stock ones and call it good... IDK yet.
    -Fenders
    Like this aesthetic: https://www.quadratec.com/products/12510_5215_07.htm

Looking good girl. I like your idea for a stubby bumper. I'm running the stock bumper cut down with stock style end caps by Verticaly Driven. But I am looking at replacing it. Those stock front bumpers are to dorky looking. The LED headlights too. They are on my Wishlist along with flat fender flares. If I may. I do like the pocket style flares. But the one big negative I've seen. After a rain, the water sits in the pockets. And the bolts tend to rust. But I really like the direction your going with Chi. Lookin good. :).

Edit. Tail lights. Quadratec makes an LED that look very much like the stock lights. Just a thought.

replaced with new drain bolt>>>>what's up with the bolt? stripped?

    What's next?
-Front Bumper:really just want simple, stubby, no visual hindrance to the grille, and tow points>>>>check out Rough Country Hybrid stubby as it meets all those qualifications at half the smittybilt weight, cheaper and looks better IMO totally functional with no fluff or BS
    Love this one:extremeterrain.com/smittybilt-src-classic
-LED headlights>>>>read some of the bad reviews on the firebug as it mirrors what some jeepers complain about inexpensive imported headlights. Issues like burnouts, flickering, quality, light output, etc
    Headlights Firebug-Headlights-Halos-Angel
-Tail lights>>>>JKbobs in the right direction for LED. I like the simplicity of the metal graphic tail light plates to cover the oem tail lights until I can justify the recessed tail light mod or find a way to improve upon the 2 screw per light EZ theft of spendy tailights.
-Fenders>>>>running a few trails puts aesthetics into perspective as my oem painted fenders earn their pin stripes and serve as a badge of honor; considering metal (metal cloak) or aluminum (PS) flat fenders

Yeah, bolt was stripped and paint sealed on.

From all the crap I see and hear about rough country, I just can't justify buying their products.... I'll still look at it though, thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah, cheap leds could be a problem... But I may hazard it just for the aesthetics. Really like that look b/c it looks like anime happy eyes. Lmao

As for the fenders, chi parks in the garage so I'm not worried about water pooling and rusting the bolts.

Recessed tail light mod? Might do some research on that. Just out of curiosity. Haha.

Some photos from this weekend. Epic time off roading for the first time. Not a care in the world, Chi was a billy goat on all of it. Love it.
