Got a fiberglass top. What is the best paint I can redo it with myself?

Depending upon the condition of the top smaller areas could be rattle canned or touched up but it won't last too long in the sun as it will dull or fade. If you want a good finish that will last go to a pro or body shop. Preparation of the fiberglass top is key and after all the work, time, supply expenses it might be better to let the shop handle the job.

Agreed. After some extensive research. Talked to a couple Body Shops. Looked at prices on rattle cans of primer, base coat, and clear coat. The $150 or so difference for 4 fender flares. I'm taking them to a body shop.
As aggrex posted. Yes, you can do it yourself. My question is. Before i assume anything. Do you have any experience spray painting anything? Please don't take that the wrong way. Just my experiences. I may be good at rattle canning. But not as good as I'd like to be.

Just my experiences. Yours may vary.
