Tuffy + Bestop both make some nice security enclosures. I like the under-seat lock boxes for smaller personal easily retrievable items while the locking cubby cover is a bit better for slightly larger items. Both types protect your items without themselves being noticeable. Tuffy + Bestop also make two sizes of cargo security enclosures that protects bulkier items but the larger one will require removal of the back seat of the 2dr. All depends how much protective storage you will need.

Personally. I like the under seat models. I don't have one yet. But it is on my Wish list. Because I have a soft top. I have no intentions of ever leaving any thing in my Jeep of value that would require a cargo type box.

    Just my 3 cents.

The under-seat lock boxes won't fit your JK :(
    • Fits 2007-2010 Wrangler JK 2 Door & 4 Door Models without Flip Seats
    • Fits 2011-2017 Wrangler JK Unlimited (4 Door) Models

Ha ha. I have my ways. I have the technology to make her bigger, faster, and stronger. Lol. I don't recall if I mentioned a brand. Just said it was on my Wish list. Lolll. Thanks for saving me some time aggrex on the research.
I knew we kept you around for a reason.

Since you don't have a sub the cargo enclosure might be better to secure your big boy toys

. LMAO. My big boy toy is my JK. Lol. Maybe yours is some what different. Does it have a have valve to blow it up?? And I'm not talking about your beach balls or your swimmies. Be careful when you lock'er up. Could get pinched and lose air. :unhappycat:

Yeah. Nothing of value in the JK unless I can lock it up. I think I'll go under the seat when I get one.

Yeah... If we decide to take it camping it might be worth while to have the large secure cargo. I plan on taking out the back seat anyways. Suggestions on storing that nicely? Its humid in Georgia so I kinda worry about it getting mildewed sitting in a bag in my garage.

The trend for some JK owners is once the rear seat comes out the new space becomes so addictive such that the rear seat either gets sold or tucked away never to be seen again. Mildew can be a concern but I would also worry about field mice in my garage. My back seat will be stored and used in the finished basement to avoid any of the above concerns.
