    Hello all!

I'm new to the forum as I just purchased the jeep I've wanted since before I had my license. I jpurchased a '93 Wrangler for a steal. It has a few modifications on it and definitely needs work but runs and drives well. I have big plans for it, I'm just not sure where to start.

Fender flares, new bumpers, lights, a soft-top, rock-sliders and some other things are in store. I'll eventually restore it to be exactly what I've always dreamed of.

I'm hoping to be able to use the forum as a good resource. I plan on doing most of the work myself as my boyfriend drag races and has an arsenal of tools and information.

Thanks! I love it and have always been partial to the YJ. I'm going to switch from 33" wheels and tires to 35". I'm thinking a set of Mickey Thompsons with rivets.

Great Jeep. Love the square headlights! Good friend had one one them. Looking forward to seeing this Jeep's journey.

Nice Jeep can't wait to see it happen. Mean time my wife and I are starting our build parts are in just having to find time to get started on the tear down. More images coming soon so stay tuned! :headbang: linkage to our thread.. https://www.jeeps.net/threads/1987-amc-jeep-wrangler-4-2l-i6-build.795/

Did I mention once this is done we'll be starting a Prostreet blown Malibu (That's mine! lol) She's wouldn't let me put a blown small block in the Jeep :(

Oh, and BFG's/Michelin are the way to go! Mud sleet or snow that's how we roll lol

I look forward to seeing your transformation! It looks like much more of a project.

It currently has one new BFG tire and the other 3 are bad. The spare is the wrong size. I want to go to 35" tires and living in Chicago, I want a tire that can handle our winters. I was thinking BFGs for those and some MT wheels.
