What's involved in converting 3 on the tree shifter to a floor shifter? I bought a 65 CJ Tuxedo that has the column shifter. I might leave it but curious what's needed to change it to floor shift. Thanks

If you have not already figured this out, you need the shift tower from a regular T90 transmission (T90A, T90C, and T90J all use the same tower), a regular CJ 5/6 floor transmission cover, gasket, and plugs for the side shift T90 case shift arm holes. There could be many solutions to the latter. I would find a good used original shift tower as opposed to a recent reproduction, a lot of which are garbage. You can likely do this without pulling the transmission but it has been awhile since I had the floor plate off a CJ5.
