Have you ever used Steel-it paint in a rattle can? The stuff is great and can weld with it too. Really durable but a little expensive so have to use sparingly.

Looks great just warn the passengers from banging their head. Sometimes that issue crops up with those products. Try loosening all fasteners then wiggle until you can get a few threads in. Or slightly enlarge the holes on the grab bars. Or it could be defective mass produced unit.

It goes in a bit and threads in bout half way then stops. I almost got it stuck so was afraid of trying again. It’s an Allen wrench head on the screws. I think if it was a regular screw head I would have already gotten it on. The driver side went on so easily.

Will try loosening the fasteners and see if that works.

Try a thread chaser type tap and run that thru to make sure it’s clear. And a die on the bolt to make sure it’s perfect. Don’t want to risk a cross-thread situation. Might even use some lube or anti seize.

Added this light switch box to my A-pillar. Also added separate fuse box under the hood on drivers side of Jeep. Looks awesome!

Been a while, working lots of hours so had t had time to be on here too much. Since I’ve been gone I’ve added fender flares, and inner fenders, a winch, and relocated my KC lights.

finally purchased my lift, and will also be installing it next weekend. Will post pics of everything.

Here are my new fenders and 2 front inner fenders I hadn't posted pics of yet. Love the look and Jeep gets even dirtier on rides now. Love it.

Oh and added a new decal to the back. LOL

What brand of rubberized paint? I've used some truck liner spray on some exterior parts on the jeep and they have held up well.
