Motor/trans shutters on low throttle (in traffic) goes away with more throttle or a downshift. Why?

    what type of trans?
    Did you scan for codes?
Did you check trans fluid if an automatic?
Shutters and no problem if you downshift - suggests wrong gear - not downshifting a manual trans.

Can you add any info or expand on the issue?

Auto trans, fresh plugs, no codes. Have had it suggested that it may be either the torque converter or the transfer case......quite annoying ! makes me wonder if the trans pump is having problem keeping the converter full. Will probably have to purchase a diag from the local dealer.

Fluid is fresh and clean, codes checked numerous times. Son is a factory trained Porsche tech, friends over (a lot) are all dealer techs. ????

porsche - Dies kann zu beteiligt sein so we will go slow.

    How did we check codes?
    >>What type of scanner are die Techniker using?
Only in traffic - stop and go hair pulling traffic?
    >> might want to look at trans oil temp ESP in the traffic- a scanner would help.
This transmission uses only ATF+4 fluid- not universal not 1 type fits all just ATF+4.
Check this transmissions fluid level in N neutral.

engine running in gear you should NOT loose TC 'prime" which brings up when was last trans filter change?
The trans checking procedure is available the same as the Porsche technical info.

    SUGESTIONS
    Use a professional scanner.
    Change filter.
    Use ATF+4 fluid.

SWAG I am thinking an over temp issue.

PS: Might want to consider TSB #07-002-10.

going slow without big words for the porsche mechanics.

Volkswagen AKA porsche does NOT make their manuals or procedures available and that does not always sit well within the USA .
