Started smelling gas with the engine running but there's no gas leak coming from the gas tank or fuel pump. I opened up the hood to find on the driver side fuel rail where the Schrader valve is and towards the back by the distributor, there's a piece attached to the fuel line rail that is leaking gas... Here is a video I took yesterday

looks like FPR -fuel pressure regulator. Remove the vac line should be NO fuel in line BUT I suspect as you did not work with it lately? a new component FPR is needed.

1 bolt a new o ring (comes installed)

Do I have to replace the whole regulator or can I replace the o-ring? Or pull it regulator from the salvage yard? A new regulator is like $80 and I'm afraid I'm not going to have that until next Friday

    Bingo.
Relatively expensive for it's size at about $80.

You could try replacing the O-rings, they are cheap and the job isn't that hard so if it didn't work you aren't out much money or time.
A junkyard part may get you by but if it's an original part as well then you are on borrowed time....but maybe that is all you need.

tHIS IS A FUEL LEAK - priority- NOT i WILL GET TO IT AND CONTINURE TO RUN ENGINE -
yOU will have to get it apart, a good eye on the exact location of leak - I mentioned the VACUUM LIne as that is evidence of a diaphragm failure of FPR, Yes the "O" ring may have failed I cant guess its a lets inspect, check type of situation.

I'm going to get to it after work today, but I do have to drive it tomorrow to work and back and then I'm off for the weekend so I won't be driving and I'll be fixing that regulator

So I need to check that vacuum line too ? Is the vacuum line attached to it so I can find it or can you send me a diagram or picture of the location of it?

Does anybody know the size of the o-ring? I'm trying to buy one but nobody seems to have this specific o-ring for the fuel pressure regulator. I'll have to take off the fuel pressure regulator and walk to the auto parts store to size it

Auto parts store might have a few FPR to check out to compare O-rings

Took my fuel pressure regulator off and took it to AutoZone and they had a o-ring assortment kit for 8 bucks. Nothing seemed to match the little o ring but there was a match for the bigger one and I used it and now I have no leak... FYI, if you're using o-rings for fuel related repairs, the brown assortment kit is for fuel-related repairs, not the black ones.
