    Contact the manufacturer. It might be McGard. During the removal process use painters tape + card board around the area for best results.

    Once you get that lock off check this out: @JKBob 25 ....says it's so much easier to get it in and out

    A little lube helps also. :p. But I love these American Outlaw Hinge Pins. Makes reinstalling doors a breeze. And @quinnie35 . As @aggrex mentioned. I believe they are anti theft nut.
