What's the best route on a 93 ZJ to run my 16 ft Power and RMS wires (from battery to back cargo) so that I can hide and cause less damage to these wires ? ...Also what size are the screws for the radio/dash assembly ? Missing 3 that hold it in place.

Every vehicle is different but generally through the firewall under the carpet then either along the trans tunnel or door sill to the cargo area. Take some of the remaing screws to hardware store to get something similar.
