Finishing up on a drum to disc brake conversion. Went with the G2 and pretty straight forward. you will need to purchase the Terraflex E-brake lines for this since G2 doesn't make it for the TJ ( 2004) which is strange. Also, if anyone is planning on doing this they need to know that the rear ABS sensors cannot be re-installed which is also stupid so now i have to look at the ABS light on panel or put a sticker over it. This is the same for Crown and Terraflex.
Putting new FOX shocks and steering stab while i got the tires off. The procomp shocks that came with the lift are shot to heck. looking forward to easy riding instead of major swaying on just springs.
Gotta replace the front pinion seal and inner axle seals while i'm at it plus the brake booster is fried so all in all going to be good a new after i'm done.

I got the TJ to have zero codes. Only took a year and a half trying to figure out emission gremlins.

    Are stickers a mod?
Recently, changed the water pump. Poor thing gave up when I was coming home from my shift. Thankfully, the top was off and I could take a nap while it cooled off and I drove it home the last few blocks. #HeepProblems

Yesterday, I prepped my TJ to sand and paint my roll cage... removed the off-road lights and folded down the windshield, took off the bikini top, disassembled the dash, removed the seat belts etc.

Today, I went from a rusty roll cage to a rust-free roll cage (almost, still some details to clean up). Took about 12 man hours using an angle grinder, electric drill with wire wheel, and sand paper. Luckily, I had some help from my gf, my brother (RC Jeep on the forum), and beer. Tomorrow, it gets painted and then I put the whole Lego set back together.

    Doors off mirrors on!
I have been looking for a long time for a way to have nicer mirrors that the standard that everyone uses.

This is a test set of mirrors that I got off of Amazon, $13.

But now I keep my eyes out for a really cool set. The mounts work perfect on my Grabars!

Very cool idea dude. Very cool.
Reminds me of ape hanger mirrors on a bike. Just need to train your eyes to look up. Awesome idea dude. They look great.

I like the way it attaches to the Grabars. Can you swap left-side for right-side so its bent downward rather than upwards? The "cycle" style mirror has always been an inexpensive fix to comply with mirror laws either mounted in the top hinge hole when door-less or something like yours which complies with the mirror law just by being there.

This is what I did this afternoon added my new light bar. I’m not crazy about the guys you see driving on the highway with them on, i don’t think that’s cool but I do like the way it looks.
