So this just started. I have a 2011 wrangler unlimited jk with a sprintex supercharger system. When i start it up it will misfire and rough idle cold, but once its warmed up she runs like a champ. Iv cleaned everything out and changed the plugs, lines, and ignition coil to all upgraded but still does it. Im thinking it might be my egr valve but not sure has anyone else had this problem or any idea what it might be. Its never died on me but it will definitely miss when its first warming up.

I’m actually going threw sorta the same thing with my 2011 jku. Not when I start it but after it sits for a few minutes running it will misfire. The one thing I was told it could be is fuel injectors could be dirty. I just haven’t gotten around to check them out yet. I’d try that.

Thanks for the welcome yeah i thought that but iv cleaned my injectors and they are after market and i only run high octane. I went ahead and rulled them out since they are a pain to do with a supercharger.

Good point I don’t have a supercharger.... yet lol I’d try the egr valve then.

Welcome! A supercharged JK sounds awesome but not when it's misfiring so I hope you figure it out soon.

    supercharged -
with your scanner look at codes codes then look at- Fuel trim, o2 sensor voltages,
might want to check fuel pressure and then KOEO observe fuel pressure drop - drops Xpsi in 5minutes?

    I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L 2wd.

My issues are a little different but maybe similar. Mine seems to be riding rough in that 60-75 range and above. I’ve had spark plugs changed...

had tires looked at (which I didn’t think it was this either) and tire shop said the tires are good and they thought it was drive shaft and coming from rear of car. I don’t think that’s it.

    here is a little history - https://www.jeeps.net/threads/issues-for-5-months.4257/#post-34083
