anyone got any tips or tricks for those rubber bastards used to attach pipe to the hanger?

Currently I have tried wd40 and a prybar and it is still a royal pain in the ass.

Ive used Channel Lock pliers. Open it up to a larger size, and place one jaw on the "nub" at the end of the hanger, and the other jaw on the opposite side of the rubber, and squeeze.

Depending on your exhaust layout these could help

You aren't far from me, so let me know if you need a hand this weekend. Also, Coffee & Crawlers is at Desert Rat in Tempe (Baseline & Rual IIRC) in the morning, and there is a Meet & Greet at Portillos in North Scottsdale at 5:45 PM......We could rep the Jeeps.net community.

I use a crowbar or prypar. getting them back on I use lots of grease (lube) to make it slide easier.

I got 2 of the 4 or 5 hangers I need last night. Wd40 and channel locks worked much better than a prybar. I am going to have it dump pre axle so I'm probably just going to take an angel grinder and cut the hangers in the rear.

You must be having a flashback as medieval surgical instruments for anal fistulas can also be used for Jeep repairs. Take the GELDING tool that was immediately recognized last time by the enlightened one.

It was alright. Ryan doesn have much of a personality, and he was mostly busy rubbing Armor All on his jeep.
