Works as effectively as the person using it.
it worked straight out of the box and lit up very well. the wiring and the copper clamp are not of the best quality out there, but with proper care will last a very long time. I also like the fact that most of the length of the probe is insulated and that can help preventing short when making contact between very close wires/circuits. The casing is made from a very clear reasonably good quality plastic. I was very satisfied with my purchase.
